Health and Wellness

United Way of Metropolitan Chicago (UWMC) launched its Health & Wellness Issue Area (HW) application process in FY10 and started program funding contracts with awarded agencies on July 1, 2010. Most grants awarded continue for three years (FY11, FY12, and FY13).

Annual Reporting
